Diabetes is one of the main health issues worldwide because its lifetime duration. To overcome this problem, current study was conducted. This investigation aims to explore ?-glucosidase and ?-secretase potential extract/fractions pure isolated compounds Syzygium cumini bark. The chloroform extract bark subjected chromatographic analysis yield compound 1. structure phytochemical (1) conducted using advanced spectroscopic analysis. Among test extracts, fraction exhibited a significant effect against with % activity 86.20% an IC50 77.09 µM, while promising 91.54 value 17.54 ?M. 1 also showed effects enzyme, having 83.21 91.54% values 318.76 ?M, respectively. were found possess inhibitory ?-secretase. research project opens new avenue for into detailed chemical biological studies on isolate bioactive enzyme inhibitors. Furthermore, friedelin docked active site ?-glucosidase. molecular docking assessed via MOE-Dock tool. results good scores ?6.84 ?6.46 when ?-glucosidase, respectively, strong interactions.
