Isolation, characterization, and antimicrobial activity of curcuminoids from Curcuma longa L.

چکیده

Die Isolierung von Curcuminoiden aus Kurkuma (Curcuma longa L.) wurde durch verschiedene Extraktionsmethoden und Lösungsmittel durchgeführt. erhaltenen Extrakte wurden mittels HPLC auf den Gehalt an Curcumin, Demethoxycurcumin Bisdemethoxycurcumin analysiert. Darüber hinaus das Einfangen freier Radikale die antibakterielle Aktivität der ermittelt. Ergebnisse zeigen, dass höchste Ertrag des Extrakts herkömmliche Extraktion unter Rühren in Ethanol erzielt wird, was zur höchsten Konzentration führt. Alle zeigen starke antimykotische Eigenschaften, aber eine geringe Aktivität.
