Isolation and Characterization of Novel Butachlor-Degrading Bacteria from Rice Paddy Soils

چکیده
Four different bacteria capable of degrading butachlor, as well five syntrophic pairs able to break down were isolated from rice paddy soils in Korea. Genetic and phenotypic analyses conducted better understand their characteristics behavior. All single isolates utilize butachlor a sole carbon energy source. Analysis the 16S rRNA sequence showed that related members genus Rhodococcus new type butachlor-degrading Sphingobium. The chromosomal DNA fingerprinting patterns analyzed using technique called repetitive-sequence-based PCR (REP-PCR). results there two REP-PCR found among four independent bacteria, ten strains produced total eight distinct fingerprints. Through use gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis, it was observed pair breaking various chemical pathways, such 2-chloro-N-(2,6-diethylphenyl) acetamide (CDEPA), 2,6-diethylphenyl isocyanate, 2,6-diethylaniline (DEA), 2-ethylaniline.

Isolation and Characterization of Diazinon Degrading Bacteria from Contaminated Agriculture Soils
Background: Organic agricultural pesticides are so stable in ecosystems and biosphere. These compounds affect soil conditions and agricultural products. The aim of this study was isolation of diazinon-degrading bacteria from Kerman pistachio orchards, Southeastern Iran. Methods: Diazinon-degrading bacteria were enriched in Bushnell-Hass medium. Identification and sequencing of prevalent degr...

متن کاملIsolation and characterization of metaldehyde‐degrading bacteria from domestic soils
Metaldehyde is a common molluscicide, used to control slugs in agriculture and horticulture. It is resistant to breakdown by current water treatment processes, and its accumulation in drinking water sources leads to regular regulatory failures in drinking water quality. To address this problem, we isolated metaldehyde-degrading microbes from domestic soils. Two distinct bacterial isolates were ...
متن کاملIsolation and characterization of diesel-degrading Pseudomonas strains from diesel-contaminated soils in Iran (Fars province)
In this study, among the 21 diesel-degrading bacteria that were isolated from an oil-polluted area in Fars (Iran), 6 bacterial strains were tested for their capability to metabolize and grow on diesel oil by degrading its hydrocarbons content. The biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA sequence analysis of diesel-degrading bacteria showed that these strains were related to the genus Pseudomon...
