چکیده

Many natural polysaccharides have biological activity, which allows them to be used obtain medicines. The development of new methods for the isolation from plant materials, as well study their properties and structure, is an actual task. In this work polysaccharide galactoglucomannan (GGM) was isolated pine wood time by peroxide delignification in “acetic acid-water” medium presence (NH4)6Mo7O24.Its yield 10.1 wt.% weight 58.1 content hemicelluloses wood. By 13С NMR method it found that degree GGM acetylation 0.23 with substitution carbon atoms pyranose ring at C2 C3. According X-ray data, has amorphous supramolecular structure. gluoxylan (GX) alkaline extraction cellulose product obtained after delignification. Its 4.3 wt.%. 24.5 wood.Glucoxylan does not contain acetyl groups (data IR spectroscopy), a crystalline structure poorly soluble water. Composition were studied using chemical analysis, spectroscopy, 1H, 13C, 2D HSQC gas chromatography, analysis.

Characterization of a Lhcb5 cDNA from Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris).

Despite extensive studies on the LHC proteins of PSI and PSII (for review, see Jansson, 1994), the detailed polypeptide composition of LHC I and LHC I1 has not been understood until recently. The nature of the Lhcb5 gene product has been one of the major uncertainties, since it has been identified both as the CP26 (or the equivalent complex LHCIIc) polypeptide and one of two CP29 polypeptides (...

Peculiar traits of wood in a leaning stem of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.)

The paper analyses biometrical and anatomical traits of wood in a leaning stem of pine trees. For study purpose, five pine trees (Pinus sylvestris L.) with a visibly leaning stem were chosen. Wood samples were taken at three different stem heights, that is, below the stem curvature, at the curvature and above the curvature. Microscopic specimens were prepared and used for the following measurem...

Reversibility of Dimensional Changes in Birch (Betula Pubescens) and Scots Pine (Pinus Sylvestris L.) Wood

The reversibility of wood shrinkage through swelling of birch (Betula pubescens) and Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) as a measure of their response to changing conditions of adsorption and desorption during service was determined. Virtually all dimensional changes that occurred in the form of shrinkage during drying at both conventional and high temperatures were recovered during swelling in b...

Identification and Quantification of Indole-3-methanol in Etiolated Seedlings of Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris L.).

Combined gas chromatography-mass spectrometry has been used to identify indole-3-methanol in a purified buffer extract from etiolated seedlings of Pinus sylvestris L. Quantitative estimates obtained by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection, corrected for losses occurring during purification, indicated that etiolated seedlings of P. sylvestris contained 19.7 +/- 1.4 ...
