Sommario L’ipertrigliceridemia è una condizione patologica identificata da concentrazione plasmatica di trigliceridi superiore a 150 mg/dL. Le ipertrigliceridemie primarie hanno alla base mutazioni genetiche, mentre le forme secondarie un’origine multifattoriale, spesso in un contesto poligenico predisponente. fattore rischio per patologie cardiovascolari aterotrombotiche e pancreatite acuta. terapie volte migliorare questa comprendono sia l’adozione corretto stile vita, trattamenti farmacologici ridurre i livelli circolanti trigliceridi.
