چکیده

(1) Background: Current guidelines emphasize the importance of regular moderate and/or high intensity aerobic exercises in cardiovascular disease prevention. Our study aimed to evaluate utility International Physical Activity Questionnaire Long Form (IPAQ-L) for its physical activity (PA) quantification patients with heart failure reduced ejection fraction. (2) Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional 110 aged between 34 and 69 years admitted Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Clinic. All underwent clinical examination, blood tests, cycle ergometer exercise stress test individual assessment their weekly PA level using IPAQ-L. (3) Results: Obesity, hypertension type 2 diabetes were highly prevalent our group but did not influence IPAQ-L results. In terms performance, was most common found group. Regarding data on relationship questionnaire cardiopulmonary testing (CPET) parameters, vigorous correlated predicted maximal oxygen uptake (p = 0.025) PA, addition walking, rate reserve 0.005 p 0.009, respectively). (4) Conclusions: can be used evaluation levels within rehabilitation program, cannot substitute CPET.

Population dynamics of the Metapenaeus monoceros (Fabricius, 1798) in North-eastern Mediterranean Sea

Monthly sampling of speckled shrimp was conducted by bottom trawl in the Iskenderun Bay between November 2009 and October 2010. There was a linear relationship between carapace length and total length in males and females (TL = -0.112 + 0.2294*CL R2 = 0.8298, n = 327) for males, (TL = -0.3918 + 0.2731 * CL R2 = 0.8919, n = 457) for females, and (TL = -0.378 + 0.2684 * CL R2=0.8492, n=784) for t...
