Investigation on Sliding Tribological Properties of Laser Cladding Alloy Coating for Subway Wheels

چکیده

The wheel pair is a key component of the subway. Routes subway conditions are more complex, while frequent starting and braking likely to cause damage. To improve sliding tribological properties wheels, this article focused on laser-cladding technology repair wheel. Ni-based Fe-based alloy coatings were prepared. microstructure was studied by SEM, EDS, XRD, 3D optical morphology. mechanical coating Vickers microhardness tester MFT-EC4000 reciprocating electrochemical friction wear tester. There mainly γ(Ni, Fe), Cr7C3, Cr23C6, other phases in coating, there γ-Fe, (Fe, Ni), (Fe-Cr-Ni) solid solution coating. hardness 250 HV0.7, which essentially same as substrate. reaches maximum 715HV0.7. 2.86 times higher than strengthened due existence solid-solution phase. high-temperature performance general. Its also ordinary. results study can provide theoretical technical guidance for application wheels.
