Investigation of the Cross-Sections for the Production of Bromine Isotopes Using Proton-Induced Reactions

We have considered the production of bromine isotopes by studying cross-sections nuclear reactions in selenium enriched target. This is importance due to applications medicine and radiation therapy. Eight channels are observed isotopes: 7634Se(p, 2n) 7535Br, 7734Se(p, 3n) n) 7635Br, 7735Br, 7834Se(p, 8034Se(p, 4n) 8035mBr. The energy interacting protons ranging from threshold 2.20–84.20 MeV calculated using an activation technique. For proton-induced target atoms, stopping power yield been calculated. Zeigler formula was applied investigate determine for each reaction over range. total corresponding crosssections statistically analyzed. These energies reproduced incident proton with acceptable errors at 0.01 intervals. One most significant results current calculations targets evaluated within Ziegler SRIM approaches.
