INVESTIGATION OF SCHOOL PRINCIPALS' PERCEPTIONS ON SELF-LEADERSHIP AND POSITIVE CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCES

The aim of this research is to determine the perceptions school principals working in public schools Bursa on self-leadership and positive childhood experiences. a descriptive survey model. A quantitative design was used. According statistics 2021-2022, population consists 221 Bursa. Simple random sampling method used research, it based voluntariness. Self-Leadership Scale, Positive Childhood Experiences Scale Personal Information Form prepared by researchers were as data collection tools research. results seen that regarding experiences did not differ statistically according gender, level, professional seniority educational status. In sub-dimension self-speaking, which one sub-dimensions self-leadership, observed views differed significantly female higher than male. It has been found there low-level relationship between self-leadership. context, can be said principals' contribute positively development skills, skills will reveal strong leaders. fact manager candidates have experienced enough supports managers an effective leader. Managerial training programs should organized strategies, use applications increasing awareness about skills.
