Investigation of low- and high cycle fatigue in Al 2024-T4 alloy

چکیده

The article presents the results of low-(LCF) and high (HCF) fatigue in samples aluminum alloy 2024-T4, which is used aircraft construction, mainly for highly loaded structural components, including plating fuselage frames girders rotor blades helicopters. This where it required a strength to weight ratio product resistance fatigue. Moreover, poorly weldable has low corrosion resistance. tests were performed on hourglass cylindrical samples, with parallel perpendicular orientation relative "direction embodiment" or blank sheet rolling direction. Material study was collected from production line design elements PZL-130 Orlik TC-II. There have been description analytical form Manson-Coffin Morrow equations.
