چکیده
Objective: Probiotics are an important part of the microbiota associated with many diseases. The production food and supplements containing probiotic products has increased considerably in recent years, due to their protective effect on health antagonistic against some pathogenic microorganisms. However, it is unknown whether content these expected effect. In this study was aimed investigate & Prebiotics® commercial product.
Material-Method: supplement obtained from Aym-Net®. Antagonistic product 10 different test bacteria investigated by agar spot assay method. Also lyophilized probiotics were cultured MRS broth medium centrifuged at 3500 rpm for 25 minutes order obtain metabolites that microorganisms provide effectiveness. Effect supernatant determined disk diffusion CLSI. Each combined incubated 37⸰C 24 hours determine bacterial inhibition rate which analyzed using Mann Whitney U test.
 Results: Probiotic inhibited growth L. monocytogenes (86 %), Y. pseudotuberculosis (82%), S. aureus (76%), E. coli (74%), Typhimurium (73%), P. aeruginosa (69%) epidermidis (67%) respectively. lowest detected faecalis 44%. While provided significant 8 strains (p0.05).
Conclusion: It concluded bacteria. Therefore may be beneficial use infections.
