چکیده
To meet the increasing raw material demand of livestock and food sectors in our country is a need for new high-quality barley varieties that have short vegetation period, resistance to lodging, homogeneous plump grain, high grain biomass yield, compatible with climate Central Anatolia Region. this need, it was aimed determine appropriate lines by comparing 18 advanced belonging Transitional Zone Agricultural Research Institute standard widely grown region. The trials were carried out two locations, Eskişehir Center Hamidiye fields 2017-2018 crop year, rainfed conditions. set up as randomized complete block design 4 replications 3 Hamidiye. In study, days heading, plant height, lodging score, thousand-grain weight, ratio, protein, beta-glucan ratio properties breeding investigated. According results analysis variance combining location averages, differences between genotypes all parameters except found be statistically significant. study obtained yield 4.56-6.67 t ha-1; heading are 115.4 - 124 days; height 81.6-101.4 cm; score 0-100%; weight 35.7-47.4 g; 52.0-94.3%; protein content 10.05-12.75%; ß-glucan values 3.67-4.33% obtained. Also, correlation analysis, negative relationship significant characteristics, while positive feature. When evaluated together, seen 8, 11, 13, 14, 18, 22 stand candidates variety.

Effect of nitrogen and cultivars on some of traits of barley (hordeum vulgare l.)
In order to study effects of nitrogen fertilization and cultivars on some of traits of different barley an experiment was conducted at Isfahan in 2012. The experimental was split plot in a randomized complete block design with three replications. In this experiment, different levels of nitrogen in the main plots included four levels (0, 50, 100 and 150 N kg/ha (urea)) and barley cultivars inclu...

متن کاملLysine Catabolism in Barley (Hordeum vulgare L.).
Lysine catabolism in seedlings of barley (Hordeum vulgare L. var. Emir) was studied by direct injection of the following tracers into the endosperm of the seedlings: aspartic acid-3-(14)C, 2-aminoadipic acid-1-(14)C, saccharopine-(14)C, 2,6-diaminopimelic acid-1-(7)-(14)C, and lysine-1-(14)C. Labeled saccharopine was formed only after the administration of either labeled 2,6-diaminopimelic acid...
متن کاملAllelopathic Plants. 19. Barley (Hordeum vulgare L)
Barley is integrated with other crops to inhibit weed growth, through allelopathic interactions. Effects of barley on growth of other crops, weeds and autotoxicity among cultivars result primarily from allelopathy mediated by allelochemicals released from plant components and/or exuded from living roots. A limited number of allelochemicals are identified that contributes to allelopathic effecti...
متن کاملGenetic analysis of forage yield and other traits in barley (Hordeum vulgare L.)
Twenty one genotypes of six – parent half diallel were analyzed for estimating gene effects of variance, combining ability and standard heterosis for forage yield and other traits in barley. The estimates of gene effects revealed the significant role of additive genetic component (D) for the inheritance of days to 50% heading, plant height and spikelets per ear. The non-additive component (H1) ...
