Abstract The developments of the fourth industrial revolution have caused changes in all areas society, including production. production by also resulted fundamental supply chain and converted it to 4.0. Organisations must be receptive 4.0 maintain their competitive advantage. Therefore, this study aimed investigate relationships among technologies so that, learning understanding these connections, industries can pave way for implementation chains use them problem-solving. literature review was used identify technologies, Delphi technique applied extract them, Internet Things (IoT), cyber-physical systems, cloud computing, big data, blockchain, artificial intelligence, Radio-frequency Identification (RFID), augmented reality, virtual simulation. were examined using DEMATEL based on interpretive structural modelling (ISM), deployment map drawn. type determined MICMAC method. analysis found that intelligence technology is independent and, findings through technique, related simulation, which belongs first level IoT, blockchain are at second level. Based ISM method, RFID, reality simulation located level; data situated third According literature, few studies been conducted issues affect it.
