چکیده
Viruses are known to hijack the intracellular organelles, including mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, lipid droplets, and cytoskeleton promote its replication. The host responds invading viruses by mounting antiviral responses rearrangement of organelles. In particular, mitochondria one target organelles exploited their proteins suppress response. this review, we have comprehensively summarized impact mitochondrial dynamics in modulating response during emerging re-emerging RNA virus infections caused genus Flavivirus ( Dengue virus, Zika Hepatitis C virus), SARS-CoV-2, causative agent COVID-19 pandemic. addition knowledge gaps mitochondria-virus interaction studies, discuss recent advancements therapeutics regulating combat viral infections.

Dynamics of viral RNA synthesis during measles virus infection.
We propose a reference model of the kinetics of a viral RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (vRdRp) activities and its regulation during infection of eucaryotic cells. After measles virus infects a cell, mRNAs from all genes immediately start to accumulate linearly over the first 5 to 6 h and then exponentially until approximately 24 h. The change from a linear to an exponential accumulation correlate...
متن کاملArabidopsis RNA-Dependent RNA Polymerases and Dicer-LikeProteins in Antiviral Defense and Small Interfering RNABiogenesis during Turnip Mosaic Virus Infection
Plants respond to virus infections by activation of RNA-based silencing, which limits infection at both the single-cell and system levels. Viruses encode RNA silencing suppressor proteins that interfere with this response. Wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana is immune to silencing suppressor (HC-Pro)-deficient Turnip mosaic virus, but immunity was lost in the absence of DICER-LIKE proteins DCL4 and ...
متن کاملRNA interference acts as a natural antiviral response to O'nyong-nyong virus (Alphavirus; Togaviridae) infection of Anopheles gambiae.
RNA interference (RNAi) is triggered in eukaryotic organisms by double-stranded RNA (dsRNA), and it destroys any mRNA that has sequence identity with the dsRNA trigger. The RNAi pathway in Anopheles gambiae can be silenced by transfecting cells with dsRNA derived from exon sequence of the A. gambiae Argonaute2 (AgAgo2) gene. We hypothesized that RNAi may also act as an antagonist to alphavirus ...
