Small bowel tumors are very rare. Melanoma in small intestine can be primary or metastatic. Metastatic malignant melanoma arise from skin, eyes, oropharynx, esophagus ano rectal mucosa. Primary melanomas of In this case report, we going to present intestine, which has already metastasized by the time presentation. A 60 year old male, presented us with abdominal pain, vomiting and absolute constipation. On exploration, black colored mass 5x5cm distal ileum was attached posterior wall urinary bladder on right side whole gut stomach rectum involved. The patient thoroughly examined investigated for cutaneous melanoma, but there no such tumor present. So it concluded that had arising ileum.
