چکیده
Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) refers to ST-elevated and non ST elevation infarction, is the known presentation of coronary artery disease. Study was planned explore interplay adipokines, resistin / lipoprotein (a) prognosis in middle old age female patients with Non Elevation Myocardial Infarction. Material Methods: A cross-sectional study conducted on 150 acute (AMI). Consented were divided into 2 groups based elevation. Duration six months from December 2015 May 2016. Levels adiponectin, measured. 50 healthy subjects matched for gender also participated study. Results: Mean NSTEMI 58.89 while STEMI 50.59 years. Decreased levels serum adinopectin, observed comparison these parameters STEMI, but significantly high level seen context resistin. Positive correlation adiponectin a negative NSTEMI. Conclusion: found direct interaction strong weak infarction; whereas showed indirect women both Keywords: Adiponectin, (a), resistin,

ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction
Background—In the United States, efforts are underway to improve timely access to percutaneous coronary intervention in ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). The Joint Commission (TJC) and the American College of Cardiology National Cardiovascular Data Registry (NCDR) have developed standardized definitions and clinical performance measures for STEMI. The purpose of this study was to dete...

opposed to the medically treated patients. The current guidelines also indicate that the GRACE score should be used as a tool in making this decision, and I think this study shows that surgery does provide a better outcome for patients, particularly in the higher risk groups with a GRACE-predicted score of over 10%. And the current guidelines recommend reintervention for patients with a predict...
متن کاملTreatment of non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction and ST-elevation myocardial infarction in patients with chronic kidney disease
Renal dysfunction is frequent in patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS). Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is associated with very poor prognosis and is an independent predictor of early and late mortality and major bleeding in patients with NSTE-ACS. Patients with NSTE-ACS and CKD are still rarely treated according to guidelines. Medical registers reveal that pati...
