Cement is the most utilised construction material and second consumed commodity in world after water. It has been reported that heavily energy-intensive processes are involved its production account for about 7 to 10 % of total global anthropogenic carbon dioxide (CO2), which main cause climate change; also expensive economically. Energy cost efficiency can however be achieved by reducing on amount clinker, place utilising pozzolans, require less process heating emit lower levels CO2. This research aimed provide an original contribution body knowledge investigating Anthill Soil (AHS) pozzolanic properties. was replaced concrete with AHS weight using 5% increments weight, from 0 30% at point need. Durability investigated water absorption sulfate tests. Results chemical analysis X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) showed contained composition required compressive strengths were classes listed standards as being durable suitable structural applications.
