Internalization of Islamic Values in Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools

Muhammadiyah School is one of the largest and oldest private schools that influences Islamic pattern Indonesian society. In organizing education, uses core values progress, namely a Manhaj, in understanding teachings are responsive to progress times. This study aims explore strategies carried out by teachers internalizing students. The data was collected through semi-structured interviews with 10 five Elementary Schools Yogyakarta. were analyzed using thematic analysis data. results showed promoted be internalized students making role models, integrating into school culture, general subjects, cooperation between parents. research findings highlight importance involving various components instilling schools.
