چکیده
Introduction: The patient-centered clinical method allows the biopsychosocial model to be implemented in practice. It is critical look at use of method, which has been shown benefit both patients and clinicians, particularly primary care. Measure Patient-Centered Communication (MPPC) a theory-based instrument for assessment patient-physician interaction. aim this research investigate inter- intra-rater reliability MPCC tool Turkish. Methods: Audiovisual recordings 60 consultations 30 family physicians were evaluated. Three researchers independently assessed scored these interviews with by following instructions manual tool. Evaluators reassessed randomly selected 20 15 days later determine reliability. For each component score overall score, ICC estimates, their 95% confidence intervals calculated based on mean-rating (k=3), consistency, 2-way mixed-effects model. Results: ICCs one 0.810 0.820, respectively, all consultations, demonstrating strong inter-rater Components two three had 0.646, indicating reliability, 0.537, moderate All researchers' correlation scores groups ranged between 0.989 0.698, good excellent Conclusions: reliable its current form as it translated into another language conducted sociocultural environment.

Inter-Rater Reliability of the Measure of Patient-Centered Communication in Health Promotion Clinic Visits with Youth.
Patient-centered communication during clinic visits is critical for a patient and provider to establish a relationship that explores the patient's needs and desires and tailors health care accordingly. However, there are currently limitations to measuring patient-centered communication within the clinic visit. This study will examine the inter-rater reliability of a modified version of the Meas...
متن کاملThe intra and inter-rater reliability of a modified weight-bearing lunge measure of ankle dorsiflexion.
This study assessed the intra and inter-rater reliability of a modified weight-bearing lunge measure of ankle dorsiflexion range of movement. Thirteen healthy subjects were recruited. Each subject performed 3 repetitions of the lunging method with one rater and 3 more repetitions with a second rater within 30 min. The process was repeated within 3 h. Intra-rater reliability results indicated ex...
متن کاملInter and intra-rater reliability of the scoliometer.
BACKGROUND the scoliometer was developed to analyze the axial rotation of the trunk in patients with idiopathic scoliosis. However, there is controversy regarding the reliability of the measures obtained with this device. OBJECTIVES to test the intra-rater and inter-rater reliability of the scoliometer in patients with scoliosis. METHODS 24 volunteers of both sex with idiopathic scoliosis d...
متن کاملIntra- and Inter-Rater Reliability of Micro Manual Muscle Tester of the Lower Extremity in Children With Diplegia Cerebral Palsy
Objectives: The Micro Manual Muscle Tester (MMMT) is a Hand-Held Dynamometer (HHD). The current study aimed to evaluate the intra- and inter-rater reliability of this device. Methods: To determine the reliability of the MMMT, two previously trained assessors to work with HHD performed HHD measurements on 7 muscle groups of the lower extremities (hip flexors, hip extensors, hip abductors, knee ...
متن کاملIntra- and inter-rater reliability of a modified measure of hand behind back range of motion.
The aim of this reliability study was to identify the clinimetric properties, specifically intra- and inter-rater reliability, for measuring the functionally and clinically important hand behind back (combined shoulder internal rotation/adduction and elbow flexion) range of motion using a modified technique. Sixty asymptomatic participants (20 male, 40 female) aged 45.4 ± 11.7 years (mean ± SD)...
