Intelligent Optimization Design of Automatic Sorting Robot Process

In order to further improve the efficiency of sorting robots, an algorithm based on artificial intelligence design is evaluated. On basis determining requirements belt conveyor and motor selection, reverse device return camera bracket car are redesigned, analyzed by finite element method. All programs written PLC. The results show that recognition rate 100 express surface orders with same specifications reaches 100% 94% analyzing data recorded in database, average time consumed each process 0.0493097 s 0.047133 s, respectively, basic simulated recognition. difference did not exceed 0.01 was basically same. Therefore, scheme verifies rationality mechanical structure design, visual control system design.
