Intellectual Capital and Good Corporate Governance Determinants of Financial Performance

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect intellectual capital and good corporate governance on company performance. population in were companies listed Jakarta Islamic Index during 2016 – 2019 period. sampling technique used a purposive technique. This causality research method analyzed using multiple regression. data collection is secondary documentation method, tested Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). result that there an influence between Intellectual Capital financial results proxied by Board Directors have significant effect, but Commissioners Audit Committee no Company's Financial Performance.
