Integrating TAM and UGT to Explore Motivations of using Social Media for News Reading among Chinese College Students

This study investigates the motivations of Chinese college students to use social media read news. By integrating TAM and UGT frameworks, this examines impact users' perceptions for technologies intrinsic needs on their usage intentions. The findings show that students' perceived ease usefulness influences intention news reading.
