Integrating Approach to Build Customer Experiences: Lessons Learned from Mobile Customers in Ghana

Delivering a great customer experience is of paramount importance for any organization. The better customers have regarding the organization’s products, or brands, more repeat purchases and positive reviews they will receive. This paper explores mobile mix as an integrated approach to facilitate experience. A total 415 respondents were selected completed survey through stratification convenient sampling from10 regions. study adopted positivistic paradigm followed quantitative research approach. SPSS Amos 25 was utilized analyze collected data. empirical results revealed that service has significant influence relationship with experiences. provides relevant practical recommendations could increase experiences in industry.
