چکیده

Abstract It is now imperative to create smart systems that prevent mechanical damage through timely preventive maintenance, particularly in construction projects with strict time schedules and budgets. Construction equipment the largest capital investment for companies. Proper maintenance of major importance efficiency, productivity, minimization costs, environmental management. The aim this study propose an integrated system will monitor condition based on productivity provide diagnostic data, helping optimize production process, achieve increasing expected “economic” life equipment. At same time, it positively concept sustainable or green elimination harmful effects environment human. include sensors, placed specific components, collect measurements their use condition, real-time data export. These then be sent using wireless networks a main server. Extraction performance machine learning (ML) processing determine when needs predictive repair. Proper, prescriptive reduce footprint any human emissions, while saving energy during operating phase optimizing processes monitoring “dead” time.

Integrated Inspection Planning and Preventive Maintenance for a Markov Deteriorating System Under Scenario-based Demand Uncertainty

In this paper, a single-product, single-machine system under Markovian deterioration of machine condition and demand uncertainty is studied.  The objective is to find the optimal intervals for inspection and preventive maintenance activities in a condition-based maintenance planning with discrete monitoring framework. At first, a stochastic dynamic programming model whose state variable is the ...

Maintenance management decision model for preventive maintenance strategy on production equipment

In industries, Preventive Maintenance (PM) is not a new practice to minimise the sudden breakdown of production machine. PM will be performed at predetermine intervals to provide a balance between failure cost and component utilisation (aging). However, most of PM interval is based on experience or original equipment manufacturer (OEM) recommendations. Consequently, the benefits from PM are not...

Risk - based Maintenance Optimization for Transmission Equipment

This paper describes a new maintenance selection and scheduling approach for bulk transmission equipment that is based on the cumulative long-term risk caused by failure of each piece of equipment. This approach not only accounts for equipment failure probability and equipment damage, as do reliability centered maintenance (RCM) approaches, but it also accounts for the outage consequence in ter...

On-site Smart Operation and Maintenance System for Substation Equipment Based on Mobile Network

The maintenance of substations is crucial for the safety of the electrical grid and power industry. However, for long time, the maintenance teams in the field and the experts in the power companies are divided. The data and expertise exchanges between the on-site maintenance teams and data center are delayed due to the lack of effective communication. This paper introduces an on-site smart oper...

A prescriptive exercise program for health maintenance.

The aim of this study was to design a prescriptive exercise program for people of various age and fitness basing on the popular in Japan Radio Physical Fitness Exercise, a program based on an experimental approach. The evaluation indices used in the experiment were heart rate (HR), oxygen consumption, and electrical activity of the rectus femoris, latissimus dorsi, and trapezius muscles, which ...
