Integrated Optimization of Aircraft Surface Operation and De-Icing Resources at Multi De-Icing Zones Airport

Since the surface operation of hub airports was facing severe congestion and aircraft delay under de-icing mode, some practical problems improving support efficiency are put forward. A two-phase model is constructed to coordinate scheduling (ASO) resources (DSRO). An optimized method used schedule operation. On basis results operation, an resource collaborative (ADCS) mechanism established optimize assignment resources. The algorithm combining receding horizon control strategy CPLEX solver (RHC-CPLEX) designed solve model. Computational experiments performed on case studies Beijing DaXing airport show potential improvements: Firstly, for ASO model, RHC-CPLEX can reduce objective function value by more than 20% compared with FCFS algorithm. And shows that not only distributions different snow conditions reasonable, but spatial zones closer location their apron allocated runway. Secondly, DSRO 6% based principle proximity availability. vehicles efficiently number refilling fluid free time be significantly reduced.
