Integrated Inspection of QoM, QoP, and QoS for AOI Industries in Metaverses

Briefing: With the rapid development of information technologies such as digital twin, extended reality, and blockchain, hype around “metaverse” is increasing at astronomical speed. However, much attention has been paid to its entertainment social functions. Considering openness interoperability metaverses, market quality inspection promises explosive growth. In this paper, taking advantage we first propose concept Automated Quality Inspection (AutoQI), which performs integrated covering entire manufacturing process, including Materials, Manufacturing (QoM), Products, Processes (QoP), Systems, Services (QoS). Based on scenarios engineering theory, discuss how perform interactions between metaverses physical world for virtual design instruction validation feedback. Then introduce a bottomup device workflow with productivity tools offered by making more effective efficient than ever. As core inspection, Transformers complete detection task, while federated learning regulate data sharing. summary, point out directions under metaverse tide.
