Abstract An integrated energy system can improve the reliability and flexibility of supply, has good economic environmental benefits. Integrated evaluation is great significance to implementation an project. The method presented based on minimum cross-entropy model prospect theory. Firstly, used obtain comprehensive column vector each index. Secondly, index weight determined according different methods. Finally, through establishment positive negative value matrices, value, advantages disadvantages schemes are sorted. effectiveness proposed verified by hotel-integrated data.
