چکیده
Abstract In this study, we investigated the effects of dicaffeoylquinic acid derivatives, including 1,4-di-O-caffeoylquinic (1,4-DCQA), 3,4-di-O-caffeoylquinic (3,4-DCQA), 3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic (3,5-DCQA), 4,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic (4,5-DCQA), and 1,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic (1,5-DCQA) on glucose-stimulated insulin secretion (GSIS) activity α-glucosidase were compared in rat INS-1 pancreatic β-cells. The inhibitory activities derivatives as follows: 1,4-DCQA > 1,5-DCQA 3,4-DCQA 4,5-DCQA 3,5-DCQA. cells, showed no cytotoxic effect at any concentration (2.5–10 μM). addition, GSIS 3,5-DCQA 1,5-DCQA. Treatment cells with resulted a marked increase protein expression extracellular signal-regulated kinases (ERK), receptor substrate-2 (P-IRS-2), Akt, phosphoinositide 3-kinase (P-PI3K), duodenal homeobox-1 (PDX-1), which might be related to its cells. These findings indicate that location dicaffeoyl functional group influences anti-diabetic quinic acid.

Inhibitory Effects of Swietenia Mahagoni Seeds Extract on Α-Glucosidase and Α-amylase
This study analyzed the inhibition activity of Swietenia mahagoni seeds extract on α-glucosidase and α-amylase enzymes inhibition assays. Swietenia mahagoni seeds were extracted by using Supercritical Carbon Dioxide (SC-CO2) extraction at pressures of 20- 30 MPa and temperatures of 40- 60°C. The oil yields obtained were analyzed with α- glucosidase and α- amylase enzymes inhibition assays. A...

متن کاملSynthesis, In Vitro α-Glucosidase Inhibitory Activity and Molecular Docking Studies of Novel Benzothiazole-Triazole Derivatives.
Benzothiazole-triazole derivatives 6a-6s have been synthesized and characterized by ¹HNMR and 13C-NMR. All synthetic compounds were screened for their in vitro α-glucosidase inhibitory activity by using Baker's yeast α-glucosidase enzyme. The majority of compounds exhibited a varying degree of α-glucosidase inhibitory activity with IC50 values between 20.7 and 61.1 μM when compared with standar...
