چکیده
Summary. Through the skin fine-needle aspiration biopsy of parapancreatic fiber under ultrasound control with microbiological study biomaterial to verify purulent-septic complications pancreatonecrosis, 46 patients acute necrotizing pancreatitis were performed. Using developed method for diagnosing infected pancreatic necrosis, it was possible achieve timely detection infectious which would lead a reduction in untimely (early) operations, number cases systemic complications.

Furthermore, virtually all of the mortality and most of the morbidity and cost of managing acute pancreatitis are confined to the 20% of patients that develop severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). The advent of dynamic contrast enhanced computed tomography (CT) demonstrated that SAP was associated with pancreatic and peri pancreatic necrosis. Early in the course of SAP, the illness is dominated by t...
متن کاملMinimally invasive treatment of infected pancreatic necrosis
Infected pancreatic necrosis is a challenging complication that worsens prognosis in acute pancreatitis. For years, open necrosectomy has been the mainstay treatment option in infected pancreatic necrosis, although surgical debridement still results in high morbidity and mortality rates. Recently, many reports on minimally invasive treatment in infected pancreatic necrosis have been published. ...
متن کاملNonoperative management of infected pancreatic necrosis.
Many years ago, we published the first report in the literature of a patient having infected pancreatic necrosis who survived following strictly medical therapy, namely antibiotics. That paper was harshly criticized, perhaps rightly so, since conventional wisdom recommended—and to some extent still advises—open necrosectomy and drainage for nearly 100% of such patients. It should however be not...
متن کاملInfected Peri-Pancreatic Necrosis Causing Gallbladder Necrosis by Direct Extension
Acute acalculous cholecystitis may develop in patients suffering from necrotizing pancreatitis. Conversely, acute pancreatitis may complicate acute gallbladder disease. We present a case that lends support to the existence of another possibility: gallbladder necrosis caused by direct extension of the necrotizing pancreatitic process.
