Instructional Decision Involvement of Teaching Personnel as Basis for Strengthened School Improvement Commitment

This study aimed to determine the instructional decision-involvement of teaching personnel elementary school in District I. Along course study, this tried cover how respondents assessed leadership teachers relative sustaining vision, sharing leadership, and monitoring curriculum instruction. also looked into level teachers’ or regard improvement plan such as access, quality, governance. Likewise, considered problems encountered by their decision-involvement. A researcher-constructed questionnaire served main instrument gather needed information from 50 teacher-respondents. Weighted mean was statistical tool used respondents. Results revealed then that majority on vision exceeded standards while instruction just met standards. Also shown decision -involvement governance were somewhat manifested working together decision-making process a problem some extent experienced. The proposed school-based management strategies are recommended for further validation prior its implementation.
