Recently, the restorative justice has been considered as a novel method in legal and criminal system. Attending is directly related to victims’ rights interests that often supplementary way. However, various systems, special attention paid its principles recognized many including common law In Iran, emphasize on subject of do not have long history. currently, some Iranian judicial entities, these approved.
