چکیده
CrI$_{3}$ is considered to be a promising candidate for spintronic devices and data storage. We derived the Heisenberg Hamiltonian from density functional calculations using Liechtenstein formula. Moreover, Monte--Carlo simulations with Sucksmith--Thompson method were performed analyze effect of magnetic anisotropy energy on thermodynamic properties. Our successfully reproduced negative sign isothermal entropy changes when field was applied along hard plane. found that temperature dependence magnetocrystalline not negligible at temperatures slightly above Curie temperature. clarified origin this phenomenon attributed anisotropic susceptibility magnetization anisotropy. The difference between change easy axis plane proportional energy, implying term main source free magnetizing in specific direction other than axis. also investigated can used characterization case competition external low region causes high as fluctuation magnetization. Meanwhile, suppressed sufficient axis, fully rotated field.
