چکیده
Propolis is a natural brownish by-product created by honey bees. Due to the antimicrobial components it contains, propolis has been widely tested against important fungal pathogens that cause agricultural damage. The diluent used in extraction of causes differences total phenolic compounds and properties propolis. Fusarium solani, division Ascomycota, infectious many cultivated crops such as peas, beans, potatoes, cucurbits, maize, resulting significant crop losses. In most plants, generally leads rot, wilt necrotic spots eventual plant death. this study, antifungal effect collected from Bingöl province Turkey was evaluated against, with 9 groups applications. order determine between preparations critical dose levels, 3 different (Ethanol, (Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), pure purified supercritical fluid method) were applied concentrations (100µl, 200µl, 600µl) PDA medium. statistical results study showed extracts are more effective at increasing doses (around 30% for 600 µl) mycelial growth pathogen. Furthermore, ethanol moderate 33% µl), while DMSO less 58% µl). This first report showing fungicidal activity SFE method using CO2 on F. solani. may shed light development drug-based strategies fungal-borne phytopathogens future studies.

Propolis is a resin formed by a complex mixture of chemical substances that bees collect from plants. Since ancient times, propolis has been used in folk medicine due to its biological properties that include antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antitumoral activities. The aim of this study was to compare the in-vitro cytotoxic activities of 16 Cuban propolis extracts of different...

متن کاملIn Vitro Toxin Production by Fusarium solani f. sp. piperis
Fusarium solani f. sp. piperis (teleomorph: Nectria haematococca f. sp. piperis), causal agent of root rot and stem blight on black pepper (Piper nigrum), produces secondary metabolites with toxigenic properties, capable of inducing vein discoloration in detached leaves and wilting in transpiring microcuttings. Production of F. solani f. sp. piperis (Fsp) toxic metabolites reached a peak after ...
