This study aims to determine the influence of work specialization on realization superordinate goals in selected NGOs Naivasha sub-county, Kenya. The was underpinned by systems-thinking and McKinsey’s 7s models. A descriptive survey research design adopted. target population consisted 120 managers members board directors eight Using Krejcie Morgan formula stratified sampling technique, 92 respondents were participate study. instrument a self-administered questionnaire consisting closed open-ended questions. thematic analysis method used for qualitative data analysis, presented using narratives, while quantitative analyzed frequencies percentages. Inferential statistics involved Pearson correlation multiple linear regression establishing relationship between goals. tables. Research ethics upheld when carrying out found that had statistically significant with Sub-county, Also, Kenya, p-value (p<0.05). recommends similar be conducted get other employees' NGO beneficiaries’ perspectives findings this will help understand cruciality elements
