Influence of University teachers’ job satisfaction on subjective well-being and job performance

Research previously found a direct relationship between job satisfaction (JS) and employee performance (JP). However, the literature reveals that influence of intervening variables such as subjective well-being (SWB) might have an impact on relationship. Broaden-and-build model theoretical base, conceptual was developed where SWB moderates relation JS JP. One unique addition study is introduction Necessary Condition Analysis (NCA). Three hundred ninety-five teachers working for private engineering institutions participated in study. Results revealed predicts directly also through well-being. It show more satisfied are likely to increased when they experiencing low level moderate wellbeing. NCA scatterplots bottleneck analysis prove necessity predict Keywords - Job satisfaction; well-being; necessary condition analysis.
