چکیده
Mungbean is a commercially promising legume crop, accounting for very low productivity of approximately 0.5 tons ha1 in the Terai region Nepal. This study aimed to achieve potential yield mungbean cultivars planting at optimum sowing time. An experiment was conducted Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU), Rampur, Chitwan, during spring 2019 split-plot design (SPD) with three replications 16 treatment combinations. Four dates 15 days intervals (13th February, 28th 15th March, 30th March) 2019; viz. Kalyan, Pratikshya, Pratigya, Pant-5 are considered as main subplot factors. The Dunken test carried out compare mean R-software p ≤ 0.05 level significance. results revealed that earlier (Feb 13 planting) resulted delayed emergence, slower growth, lowest (1.79 tons/ha). March 30 plantations significantly faster germination, growth showing higher yield. yielded grain yield, which statistically par Partigya (2.08 tons/ha) Partikshya (1.983 Vigna radiata from times (2.119 tons/hectare) high can be applied perfect decision-making plantations. Future work on least-squares analysis understanding genotypic-environment interaction economic traits effect different nutrient sources has scope.

Growth parameters such as leaf area (LA), total dry mass (TDM) production, crop growth rate (CGR), relative growth rate (RGR), and net assimilation rate (NAR) were compared in six varieties of mungbean under subtropical condition (24°8' N 90°0' E) to identify limiting growth characters for the efficient application of physiology breeding for higher yields. Results revealed that a relatively sma...
