Influence of Soft Segment Molecular Structure on Physicochemical Properties of Cellulose Nanocrystals based Polyurethane

چکیده

Abstract SPUs are commonly used in clinic due to their good biocompatibility and can respond different external stimuli. Among them, introducing CNCs into PUs prepare water-driven had attracted increasing attention. Herein, we report two new types of based PU nanocomposites by chemically cross-linking PDLLA soft segment with flexible PEG chain or rigid piperazine ring structures. Specifically, the prepared were characterized morphology, chemical structure, thermal property, hydrophilicity as well crystallinity, results showed that regardless molecular structure PDLLA, could significantly improve compatibility. In addition, when contains hydrophilic sections, ie, 200, compatibility crystallinity obtained materials better, a cyclic stability would be more excellent. These suggest design meet performance requirements biomedical applications.
