Influence of Sad Warnaning Rajaniti’s Leadership and Employees’ Work Culture on Organizational Commitment

Purpose: This research aimed to analyze the effect of Sad Warnaning Rajaniti’s leadership and employee’s work culture toward organizational commitment in achieving performance public service employees at Class 1 District Court Bali Indonesia.
 
 Theoretical framework: Leadership plays important roles employees’ an institution/agency, both government private. The results employee are strongly influenced by style a leader (Habeeb & Ibrahim, 2017; Ilham, 2018; Salman et al., 2016).
 Design/methodology/approach: used 128 respondents from four courts area which were determined stratified proportionate random sampling method using questionnaire instrument. data analysis is PLS.
 Findings: findings showed that construct Rajaniti has no significant effects on performances.
 Research, Practical Social implications: We suggest future agenda highlight contributions made executive management commitment.
 Originality/value: Furthermore, it also mediating role regarding relationship between performances. conducted region. Therefore, suggested subsequent use other relevant variables affect performance.
