Influence of Proactive Personality on Turnover Intention among Hotel Employees: Perceived Organizational Support as A Moderating

This study conceptualizes the perceived organizational support (POS) as a moderator to understand mechanism of relationship between proactive personality and turnover intention. proposes different model variable that affects intention hotel employees, which in turn is related POS moderating variable. influence has never been studied on especially Semarang. Some researchers tend explore factors such job satisfaction, stress, citizenship behavior, commitment. The effect moderation this was examined using multilevel regression analysis, with an interaction test often called Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). By quota sampling technique, survey data collected from 200 employees spread across Semarang city. results showed weaker when included interaction. These findings are consistent existing theories studies. implications for management practice suggest managers consider fairly important factor encouraging minimize leave their current job.
