In the work investigated influence of plasma treatment conditions on structural-phase composition and magnetic properties barium hexaferrite films (0001) BaFe 12 O 19 C-sapphire. Two modes were used: with a weight average temperature 4-5 kK 8-10 kK. It has been shown that obtained at low have pronounced anisotropy saturation magnetization 42 emu/g. The high weak anisotropy, but higher value 62 All coercive fields less than 500 Oe, which indicates hardness samples possibility their use as conductors transformers, electromagnets, in measuring devices. presented results demonstrate promise technique formation coatings anisotropy.
