چکیده
The current research was carried out to investigate the effect of diets enriched with different levels organic iron on performance, egg quality, blood haematological parameters, and serum biochemical constituents in laying quails. In study, 120 female quails at 20 weeks age were allocated 5 treatment groups 6 replicates 4 each. Experimental formed by adding 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 mg/kg (iron-glycine) diet containing 96 iron. Performance parameters not affected supplementation (P>0.05). as quadratic only eggshell breaking strength among external quality it maximum 150 addition (P<0.01). Egg yolk a* value, which is one internal linearly addition, but other administration increased level (P<0.01), phosphorus quadratically (P<0.05) reached a mg/kg. Among haematology white cell monocyte counts affected. According results obtained from research, can be said that enrichment quail up improved without affecting however, negatively increasing changing red parameters.
