Influence of Occupation on Credit Accessibility from MFIs by PWDs in Mombasa County, Kenya

This research aimed to establish the factors determining credit accessibility from Microfinance institutions among persons with disabilities in Mombasa County, Kenya. The study was carried out effect of occupation on access Institutions (MFIs) by Persons Disabilities (PWDs) County. tested hypothesis above objectives enhance realization key that constrain PWDs. anchored Credit rationing theory, channel and imperfect information theory. employed a descriptive survey design, target population 2037 used study—a 204 Primary data collection method gather required information. gathered this analyzed using SPSS V.26. overall results indicated all respondents agreed independent variable influenced accessibility. Pearson's correlation positive relationship between gender, occupation, education, null hypotheses were rejected at confidence level 95%. findings concluded greater adoption greatly affects recommends National Council for (NCPWD) can use advise PWDs accessibility, promote integration society around them Kenya facilitating implementation existing policies enhancing development align arising needs disabled persons.
