Influence of Leadership Styles of Women Entrepreneurs on their Psychological Wellbeing

Purpose: The aim of this study to examine the relationship between different leadership styles (transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire) psychological wellbeing women entrepreneurs, considering potential moderating effects demographic factors. Theoretical framework: is grounded in Full Range Leadership Theory theory wellbeing, with understanding how may impact entrepreneurs. Design/methodology/approach: A cross-sectional survey design was employed, utilizing a purposive sample 328 entrepreneurs India. Data were collected using Multifactor Questionnaire (MLQ) General Health (GHQ-12). Multiple regression moderation analyses conducted investigate relationships styles, Results: results indicated that transformational positively significantly associated (p < .001), while transactional laissez-faire negatively = .021 p .001, respectively). overall model explained 25% variance (F(3, 324) 35.69, .001). No significant factors (age, education level, years experience, business size) on found (all > .05). Conclusion: findings suggest beneficial for whereas have detrimental effects. consistent across factors, indicating generalizability results.
