Influence of Leadership Style On Performance Employees of Stikes Bhakti Husada Bengkulu

Employee performance is important in a company, because it has great influence to improve company performance. the influenced by various things such as leadership style and job satisfaction. The purpose of this literature study field determine on employee methodologies used are library research research. Respondents were 60 employees Stikes Bhakti Husada Bengkulu using Simple Linear Regression analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Determination, hypothesis testing T-test. results value correlation / relationship (R) equal 0.492. From these obtained coefficient determination (R-Square) 0.184, which implies that independent variable (Leadership Style) dependent (Employee Performance) 18.4% with T-test f-value count 13,045 significant 0.001 an error rate 0.5, can be explained there between employees.
