چکیده
The present study reports in silico investigation of bioactive compounds from marine microalgae capable escalating copepod fecundity potential through enhanced heat shock protein (HSP-70) production. structure ligand (bioactive microalgae) and hsp-70 obtained the databases PubChem Protein Data Bank (PDB), respectively. Molecular Docking was performed by GOLD software interaction pathways using web server MANORAA. Fourteen showed good biding with specific HSP-70 seven these high hydrogen bond key amino acids (phenylalanine, tyrosine tryptophan). highest binding energy 50.21 is recorded compound, arachidonic acid red alga Porphyridium cruentum TYR 167 involved biosynthesis pathway phenylalanine, tryptophan also target site synthase (4.2.1.20). Results suggest P. feed culture could boost their leading to density culture.

Purification and properties of superoxide dismutase from a red alga, Porphyridium cruentum.
The major superoxide dismutase of the unicellular red alga, Porphyridium cruentum, has been purified to homogeneity. This enzyme has a molecular weight of 40,000 and is composed of two subunits of equal size, which are joined by noncovalent interactions. Manganese constituted 0.13% of this superoxide dismutase. T,is is equivalent to 1 manganese atom/molecule of enzyme. Cyanide at 5 mM and H2O2 ...
متن کاملThe covalent linkage of protein to carbohydrate in the extracellular protein-polysaccharide from the red alga Porphyridium cruentum.
The extracellular anionic polysaccharide isolated from cultures of a unicellular red alga, Porphyridium cruentum, contains a small amount of protein after extensive purification. The polysaccharide and protein are recovered in the same fraction after isopycnic CsCl-density-gradient centrifugation in 4M-guanidinium chloride, under conditions designed to separate proteins from polysaccharide. The...

متن کاملPhycobilisomes of Porphyridium Cruentum
A procedure was developed for the isolation of phycobilisomes from Porphyridium cruentum. The cell homogenate, suspended in phosphate buffer (pH 6.8), was treated with 1% Triton X-100, and its supernatant fraction was centrifuged on a sucrose step gradient. Phycobilisomes were recovered in the 1 M sucrose band. The phycobilisome fraction was identified by the characteristic appearance of the ph...
متن کاملThe production of molecular clones of Toxoplasma gondii-derived heat shock protein 70 kDa
Toxoplasmosis is a common and widespread infection in humans and many other species of warm–blooded animals. Toxoplasma gondii-derived heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70) may play an important role in the virulence of Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii). In the present study, T. gondii Hsp70 was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) from the DNA of the T. gondiitachyzoite RH strain through the use o...
