Influence of Environmental Factors on Some Biochemical and Physiological Indicators in Grapevine from Copou Vineyard, Iasi, Romania

Climate factors strongly impact the growth of grapes and their flavonoid composition, especially due to heat drought stress. Four varieties—Gelu, Moldova, Purpuriu, Coarna Neagra—from a Copou vineyard were analyzed assess climate change on anthocyanin concentration in total chlorophyll content leaves, find possible correlations between these parameters during two studied years, such as raise producer awareness regarding table grape vine growth. Moldova Purpuriu show adaptation slight temperature increase above normal average also water deficit, with increased concentrations anthocyanins up three times. The variety accumulated low amounts pigments most development phases, indicating negative correlation pigments. neagra exhibited an foliar pigments, that proved be less valuable from point view content. Positive found case Gelu, cultivars latter phase fruit development, whereas deficit second year induced at time harvest for all varieties except Moldova.
