Influence of Diameter Increase Speed on Diameter-Axial Rolling of Large 40Cr13 Stainless Steel Ring

چکیده

Abstract Rolling speed ratios during the rolling process are critical to ring forming in this pepper. The selected roll feed mode is constant with increasing of diameter main stage. Based on Deform-3D finite element software, a large size φ1530 mm was taken as research object. numerical model 40Cr13 stainless steel established. radial-axial rings under different increase speeds simulated, and changes radial force, temperature, strain distribution after were analyzed speeds. results show that same conditions other parameters, has less effect temperature equivalent standard deviation variation inside rolling, but more external surface, both SDP SDT decrease speed. maximum force obvious, increasing. Using deviation, reference indexes, rate suitable for 6 mm/s.

On Diameter of Line Graphs

The diameter of a connected graph $G$, denoted by $diam(G)$, is the maximum distance between any pair of vertices of $G$. Let $L(G)$ be the line graph of $G$. We establish necessary and sufficient conditions under which for a given integer $k geq 2$, $diam(L(G)) leq k$.

On the diameter of the commuting graph of the full matrix ring over the real numbers

‎In a recent paper C‎. ‎Miguel proved that the diameter of the commuting graph of the matrix ring $mathrm{M}_n(mathbb{R})$ is equal to $4$ if either $n=3$ or $ngeq5$‎. ‎But the case $n=4$ remained open‎, ‎since the diameter could be $4$ or $5$‎. ‎In this work we close the problem showing that also in this case the diameter is $4$.

Influence of implant diameter on surrounding bone.

OBJECTIVES Implant osseointegration is dependent upon various factors, such as bone quality and type of implant surface. It is also subject to adaptation in response to changes in bone metabolism or transmission of masticatory forces. Understanding of long-term physiologic adjustment is critical to prevention of potential loss of osseointegration, especially because excessive occlusal forces le...

Influence of rotational speed on the development of microstructure in a friction stir welded 304 austenitic stainless steel

Friction stir welding was conducted on AISI 304 austenitic stainless steel sheet with dimensions of 100 mm × 100 mm × 2 mm. The FSW was performed at a welding speed of 150 mm/min and rotational speeds of 400 and 800 rpm. The results showed that high frequency of low angle grain boundaries (LAGBs) were formed through dynamic recovery in the thermo-mechanically affected zone (TMAZ). Higher amoun...
