چکیده
The paper presents the chemical composition of fruits three apple cultivars (Jonagold Decosta, Red Idared and Gala Schnitzer Schniga) fertilized with treatment: T$_{1}$ (control-without fertilization); T$_{2}$ (300 kg/ha NPK (6:18:36) + 150 N (calcium ammonium nitrate-CAN)) T3 (foliar nutrition-mixture organic-mineral fertilizer commercially named 'FitoFert Kristal' (0.6%) (10:40:10) (20:20:20) 'FoliFetril Ca' (0.5%) (N:Ca) in Bosnia Herzegovina during two years (2020-2021). Significant differences contents soluble solids, total sugars, inverted sucrose, phenolic content, content flavonoids antioxidant activity were found among cultivar/treatment combinations, cultivars, treatments years. Differences acids not statistically significant, but significant combinations found. sugars sucrose highest cultivar Jonagold while acids, phenolics, cultivar. fertilization treatment T2 significantly influenced phenolic, fruits. According to results obtained, we can say that do have much effect on bioactive ingredients, exception content. Among mineral elements, four macroelements represented present large amounts: potassium (K) (1266.15 mg kg$^{-1}$ 1652.89 kg$^{-1}$), calcium (Ca) (122.76-474.90 phosphor (P) (86.14-124.84 kg$^{-1}$) magnesium (Mg) (57.36-70.68 kg$^{-1}$). On other hand, microelements determined: boron (B) (1.06-14.25 kg$^{-1}$); iron (Fe) (2.79-4.62 manganese (Mn) (0.27-0.46 zinc (Zn) (0.15-0.48 Results showed been strongly affected by

Impact of shelf life on content of primary and secondary metabolites in apple (Malus domestica Borkh.).
In this study, we evaluated the changes in apple fruit quality during shelf life. After a month of cold storage, apples of cultivars "Jonagold" and "Golden Delicious" were exposed to ambient temperatures for 21 d, with subsequent sampling every 3 or 4 d. Fruit firmness, changes in amounts of sugars, malic acid, and phenolics were observed during shelf life. Chemical analyses were done with HPLC...
متن کاملTriterpenes and Phenolic Compounds in Apple Fruit (Malus domestica Borkh.)
Apple (Malus × domestica Borkh.), a popular and widely cultivated fruit world-wide, contains bioactive triterpenes and phenolic compounds with potentially valuable pharmacological functions. This thesis investigated the effects of pre-harvest and postharvest factors on concentrations of these bioactive compounds in apples. It also studied the effect of ozone treatment, before or during storage,...
متن کاملEffects of Apple (Malus domestica Borkh.) Diet on Rat Reproduction and Sex Ratio of Offsprings
Background & Aims: Apple (Malus domestica Borkh. from Rosaceae family), a rich source of phytoestrogenes has not been thoroughly tested for its reproductive effects. In this study, we investigated the effects of apple diet on rats' reproduction. Method: Nine groups of NMRI rats (n= 10 females + 2 males) with different apple diets (free- apple diet and apple diet in every other day and every tow...
متن کاملLooking for Genetic Diversity in Iranian Apple Cultivars (Malus × domestica Borkh.)
The cultivated apple (Malus domestica) is one of the most important fruit crops cultivated in different regions of the world including Iran. For production and breeding of high quality apple, the knowledge of genetic diversity of the cultivated apples is necessary. Therefore we studied genetic diversity of 25 genotypes by using ISSR molecular markers. In present study, ten ISSR primers produc...
متن کاملVariations of antioxidant characteristics and mineral contents in pulp and peel of different apple (Malus domestica Borkh.) cultivars from Pakistan.
Variations of phenolics, antioxidant activity, and mineral contents in peel and pulp of five apple (Malus domestica Borkh.) cultivars from Pakistan, namely Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Kashmiri Amri, Kala Kulu and Sky Spur were appraised. The mean extract yield of antioxidant components obtained with 80:20 methanol-water (v/v), was found to be 22.1 g/100 g for peel and 14.2 g/100 g for pulp...
