چکیده

Abstract Objectives The data of the monocyte subgroups and expressed toll like receptors (TLR) in innate immune system response, which develop against chronic inflammation patients with predialysis kidney disease (CKD) who undergo dialysis treatment, are limited. We aimed to investigate effect procedure on current inflammatory condition role ratios, expressions TLR2/4 serum Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) levels involved response process. Methods investigated subgroups, TLR2/TLR4 TNF-α 30 CKD patients, 90 undergoing healthy control subjects. Monocyte subgroup percentages were determined using flow cytometry, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results In classical (p=0.0001) non-classical (p=0.078) monocytes found be higher when compared patients. TLR4 expression was controls (p<0.0001, p=0.796). Serum level significantly (p=0.013, p=0.022) a positive correlation between observed (r=0.285, p=0.006). Conclusions Increased monocytes, might related inflammation.

Monocyte Expression of Toll-like Receptor-4 in Patients with Stable Angina Undergoing Percutanoeus Coronary Intervention

Background: Toll like receptors (TLRs) are well recognized players in inflammatory conditions. Among them TLR-4 is involved in chronic inflammatory processes such as formation of atherosclerotic plaques. Objective: The present study was aimed to examine the effects of percutanoeus coronary intervention (PCI) as a revascularization method on monocyte expression of hTLR-4 and on the serum levels ...

Toll‐like receptor 4 signalling mediates inflammation in skeletal muscle of patients with chronic kidney disease

BACKGROUND Inflammation in skeletal muscle is implicated in the pathogenesis of insulin resistance and cachexia but why uremia up-regulates pro-inflammatory cytokines is unknown. Toll-like receptors (TLRs) regulate locally the innate immune responses, but it is unknown whether in chronic kidney disease (CKD) TLR4 muscle signalling is altered. The aim of the study is to investigate whether in CK...

Toll Like Receptor 2 and 4 Expression in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells of Multiple Sclerosis Patients

Background: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a T cell mediated autoimmune disease with unknown etiology. Appropriate MS therapeutic strategies need thorough understanding of both disease etiology and pathogenesis mechanisms. Ligation of TLR-2 and TLR-4 stimulates the production of several cytokines leading to CNS autoimmunity and neurodegenerative diseases. Objective: To find a relationship between M...

The effect of depression and anxiety on expression levels of toll like receptor signaling moleculesin chronic HBV infected patients

Background: Toll- like receptors (TLRs) play an important role in the recognition of DAMPs and PAMPs and induction ofinflammation. Previous studies demonstrated that depression and anxiety can influence the expression levels of immune related molecules. Our previous study revealed that mRNA levels of IRAK4, TRAF3 and IRF7 were significantly decreased in chronic HBV infected (CHB) patients whe...
