Inflação e crescimento econômico: uma análise para países da América Latina e Caribe

چکیده
O objetivo do trabalho foi buscar evidências da relação entre crescimento econômico e inflação para 37 países América Latina Caribe no período de 1961 a 2018, através metodologia cointegração Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL). Os trabalhos teóricos empíricos são inconclusivos sobre existência dessa relação, ou direção em que ela se dá quando existe. resultados indicam taxa grande maioria dos latino-americanos caribenhos não é afetada pela inflação, contudo, 8 países, variação constante preços afeta o nível atividade longo prazo.
